Rates

Weekends:
- $400 per night Fri, Sat & Sun, 2 night minimum

Mid Week:
- $300 per night Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs outside school holidays. 2 night minimum

Weekly:
$1600 outside school holidays and peak summer.
$1800 during school holidays and peak summer months, (excluding January, see below).

Public holidays / long weekends:
$1200 for 3 nights
$1600 for 4 nights (Easter)  

December / January school holidays:
26/12/2009 - 2/1/2010: BOOKED
2/1/2010 - 9/1/2010: BOOKED
9/1/2010 - 16/1/2010: BOOKED
16/1/2010 - 23/1/2010: BOOKED
23/1/2010 - 26/1/2010: BOOKED

Rates subject to change without notice.

Booking Details:

$500 bond on all stays. Refunded within 10 days after check out provided the property is undamaged.

50% deposit on booking and remaining 50% 28 days before check in date.

Cancellation Policy:

If we are able to re-let the property for the period of your stay, we will provide a full refund, otherwise, no refund.
