Rates
Weekends:- $300 per night Fri, Sat & Sun, 2 night minimum
Mid Week:
- $200 per night Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs outside school holidays. 2 night minimum
Weekly:
$1200 outside school holidays and peak summer.
$1400 during school holidays and peak summer months, (excluding January, see below).
Public holidays / long weekends: $1200 for 3 nights
$1600 for 4 nights (Easter)
December / January school holidays:
24/12/2011 - 31/12/2011: $2900
31/12/2011- 7/1/2012: $2900
7/1/2012 - 14/1/2012: $2500
14/1/2012 - 21/1/2012: $2500
21/1/2012 - 28/1/2012: $2500
Rates subject to change without notice.
Booking Details:
$250 bond on all stays. Refunded within 10 days after check out provided the property is undamaged.
50% deposit on booking and remaining 50% 28 days before check in date.

Cancellation Policy:
If we are able to re-let the property for the period of your stay, we will provide a full refund, otherwise, no refund.
