Booking Terms and Conditions
- Availability requests are not held. Booking confirmation is given once a deposit has been paid.
- Full payment is required before check in.
- Your booking is for a maximum of 8 people.
- A maximum of 5 people are allowed in the spa at any one time. The spa will be serviced during your stay, however please take care to maintain the spa quality by washing your feet (especially when sandy), and not eating or drinking in the spa. Please watch children carefully whilst in or near the spa, the spa cover is designed to keep the spa water clean, it is not a child safety device and children must be supervised. Please do not allow children to play with the spa controls.
- Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise down. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if guests cause disturbance in the complex.
- Linen can be supplied on request at a cost of $5 per bed, or you are welcome to bring your own. If you choose to use our linen, sheets and pillow cases will be available for you to access from the linen cupboard on arrival. Bath towels are also available for $2 per towel.
- Any damages to the property or loss including keys are to be paid for by the tenant. Please report any damage so that it can be fixed before new guest arrive.
- No responsibility is accepted for personal possessions left on the premises.
- No liability will be accepted for any loss, damage, injury or death whilst at the property/complex.
- The bond will be returned approximately 10 days after your stay, providing there is no damage to the property.
- No pets are allowed.
- No smoking inside the property.
- Foreshore Court will not be serviced during your stay, except for maintenance of the spa.
